Is fear holding you back in the lineup? If you could just get out of your head you know that you'd be taking those last 2 steps onto the nose or perhaps dropping in and stalling to catch that sick barrell. Maybe your fears are less about the technical aspects of surfing and more about dealing with an intimidating lineup or healing a traumatic event you've experienced in the water.


Whatever is holding you back, this workshop series will teach you how to essential techniques and exercises to moving past your fears so you can surf your very best. In the 3 workshops you'll learn about the psychology of fear, you'll learn a handful of easy and fun exercises you can use to overcome fear, and you'll learn how to utilize your fears to your advantage so you can finally drop in on that wave and into that barrell, take those last steps to the nose, or simply paddle out with confidence in any lineup.
