Cancellations, Billing, & Refund Policy
You may cancel your Surf Société membership at any time through your Heartbeat account. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Because membership includes immediate access to our full digital library, payments are final and non-refundable once processed. When available you can explore the membership free for 14 days before you are charged.
You are solely responsible for canceling your membership through the Heartbeat app before your next billing date. Emails, direct messages, social-media messages, or other requests sent to The Surf Société do not constitute cancellation and will not stop future charges. We do not cancel memberships on a member’s behalf. The amount of content or programming you choose to use does not change the purchase price or refund policy.
To cancel, follow the cancellation instructions inside your Heartbeat account and confirm that your subscription has been canceled.
How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your Surf Société Membership log in to your Heartbeat account and navigate to your account settings in the top right corner
Click account settings from the drop down menu and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Click "Leave" and your subscription will be canceled. Leave the box unchecked to keep your profile, posts, comments, messages and any content you made in the platform. These will be here when you return. Your contributions are valuable to the community and to future members, even if you're no longer on the platform so we would love for you to keep your content available for others to learn from.
Payment information: Membership payments are securely processed through Stripe via Heartbeat.
The Surf Société Heartbeat platform does not store credit-card numbers.
One-Time Courses, Challenges & Digital Programs Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, all payments for one-time courses, challenges, workshops, and digital programs are final and non-refundable once processed.
These offerings may include immediate access to digital materials, program resources, live sessions, community spaces, or reserved participation in a limited program. Each offer page will state the access period, included materials, and any live dates that apply.
A one-time purchase does not create an ongoing Surf Société membership and does not require cancellation, unless the offer expressly states that it includes a recurring subscription.
Refunds, partial refunds, credits, extensions, or transfers will not be issued because you did not use all or part of the program, did not attend live sessions, did not complete the material, changed your mind, or experienced scheduling conflicts.
You are responsible for reviewing the offer details before purchase and for using the access provided during the stated access period. The amount of content or programming you choose to use does not change the purchase price or refund policy.
