Chantae Reden is a surfer, scuba diver, and freediver based in Fiji. While her 5'10" has been her best friend for the past few years, access to her grandmother's quiver has given her a newfound love of longboarding. Her favorite wave is Swimming Pools in Fiji, the best scuba dive she's ever been on is the Beqa Lagoon Shark Dive with tens of bull sharks, and her favorite snorkel spot Keauhou Bay at night with tens of manta rays. When she's not in the water, she works as an adventure writer and photographer documenting salty tales for her website, The Salt Sirens. Her work has also appeared in outlets like Lonely Planet, Moon Travel Guides, SurfGirl Magazine, Travel + Leisure, and AFAR. She is the guidebook author of Moon Bali & Lombok and is currently writing another guidebook for Tahiti.
